The Patient Progression Hub is part of a strategic collaboration with GE Healthcare to improve access, streamline patient flow, enhance discharge planning, project staffing needs, and forecast patient demand.
The system uses AI algorithms to identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, which enables care teams to proactively solve problems before they arise. Hub team members are co-located in a 6000-square-foot space that houses a video wall with custom Tiles (analytic apps). Within the hub, easier communication and collaboration allow team members to break down barriers and increase satisfaction for both patients and employees.
